Not the best food I've experienced I ordered the tuna wrap which was lacking in every sense, it was dry and hard to swallow no mayo or any kind of sauce within it, the wedges were hard as if not reheated enough. And the server wasn't helpful he was clueless as to what to recommend for lactose intolerant person, anyway my friends had lamb pizza and they enjoyed it.
Lovely and clean café and nice staff. Good coffee and some sandwiches. Some unreasonable prices, especially the bottle of still water, which is almost more expensive than coffee. Service charge is applied on the total bill.
Perfect breakfast post night shift. Food were great and service was fast too. I would recommend if you’re around Hay’s Galleria.
The staff are great, friendly and helpful. The seating is slightly uncomfortable but it's not really a serious issue. The food quality is fairly good and the taste is good as well. The price of certain items can be slightly higher than what the dish deserves. I would surely come back mostly because of the positive experience.
Superb Espresso, Americano and hot chocolate. Exceptionally welcoming and accommodating staff. A quiet spot within Hayes gallery to enjoy refreshments and some food at affordable prices. Toilet available. Recommended to visit and enjoy.

Very pleasant location, service was friendly and quick and the food came out quickly.
The starter and mains were not the most exciting, but they were pleasant. The desserts were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails.
We would recommend for a lovely coffee/cocktail and sweet treat for sure. Lovely location too
Ordered a soup-sandwich deal for £14.50 with toasted smoked salmon bagel & mushroom soup. Looked good on menu. Bagel was small and underwhelming (plus not heated through properly). Would have been alright for £4-5. Soup had oil visibly sitting on the surface - couldn’t finish it, it was horribly oily. I have never seen anything quite like it. It was certainly not worth the price. That said, the service was polite and quick, and location and atmosphere brilliant - just a shame the food wasn’t as lovely as the staff!
The food here is hit & miss. Out of three of us, the pizza was good, chicken burger was OK and the beef open sandwich was poor - really dry, overcooked and chewy beef in an even drier bun. Desserts - ice cream was good, but tiny portions and the Belgian Waffle was really poor. Again, really dry with a tiny scoop of ice cream. No syrup or even half a strawberry, complete lack of effort in the kitchen with it.
Not sure I'd eat here again.
